Position summary: Assist the Store Manager to oversee staff and ensure smooth operation of the store. Enforce store and company goals, policies, and guidelines. Create, promote, and oversee a fun, profitable store through customer service, sales, proper floor coverage, visual presentation, trained and developed staff, SHRINK, safety, and mall environment. Motivate, educate, and actively manage the sales team to maximize performance. Primary responsibilities:
- Maximize store volume in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, and procedures.
- Understand and implement loss prevention measures, both internally and externally.
- Assist in store and mall promotions when needed, making sure employees are aware of and actively promoting upcoming store events.
- Make staff training an ongoing project, continuously reinforcing techniques to enhance sales.
- Assist the store manager in ensuring proper floor coverage and floor management in order to maximize store volume.
- Ensure all forms and paperwork relating to this position are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Motivate, educate, train, and develop each employee individually and as a team in all aspects of the business.
- Demonstrate an aggressive attitude towards store sales results and maintain customer service as the top priority.
- Maintain professional, positive work conduct at all times with customers, supervisors, and co-workers.
- Be accountable for the performance and conduct of yourself, your employees, and the store.
- Ensure all housekeeping functions are maintained to properly service and keep the store clean and safe for customers and employees.

Store Manager The store manager is responsible for maximizing sales by creating, promoting, and overseeing a fun, profitable store through customer service, proper floor coverage, visual presentation, trained and developed staff, SHRINK, safety, and mall environment.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Maximize store volume in accordance with all company and store goals, policies, and procedures.
- Maximize sales by ensuring customer service and zone coverage.
- Float from zone to zone; overseeing staff to ensure all zones are secure, orderly, and properly serviced.
- Facilitate coverage when needed.
- Lead by example. Be a role model of business professionalism, attendance, dependability, and personal conduct.
- Maintain regular communication with the Corporate Office and your staff. .
- Communicate regularly with Co-Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping close tabs on daily reports and other data regarding sales, personnel, marketing, security, and operations. .
- Create an open environment where all associates are comfortable communicating at all levels.
- Closely monitor relationships among employees, and between employees and supervisors, to help cultivate positive relationships and promote individual and team morale.
- Protect all company assets.
- Enforce and uphold all security policies to guard against internal and external theft.
- Ensure that the store executes and completes visual and merchandising directives within the designated time frame.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually exciting, assisting the Visual Merchandiser when needed.
- Recruit and hire personnel, making sure store is properly staffed and vacant positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Provide thorough training to new employees and ongoing developing of existing staff.
- Ensure all forms and paperwork relating to this position are completed accurately and submitted on time.
